Yes, our formulations prioritize gentle, plant-based ingredients. However, we always recommend performing a patch test on a small area of skin before full application.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

What is your return policy for opened beauty products?

Due to the artisanal nature of our products, we can only accept returns on unopened and unused items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

Do you test your products on animals?

Absolutely not. Spruce Apothecary is 100% cruelty-free. We never test our finished products or ingredients on animals, nor do we work with suppliers who do.

Are your glass bottles and packaging recyclable?

Sustainability is at our core. Our amber glass bottles are fully recyclable, and we use biodegradable cornstarch peanuts and recycled cardboard for all shipping materials.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. We are working hard to expand our shipping capabilities to more countries in the near future.
